Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms of service. Please read carefully before placing an order.GENERAL
𖧋 Not for AI or NFT use. Not for the use of AI engines, databases or minted as NFTs.
𖧋 I retain the right to decline commissions outside of my skill level or of subjects I do not draw.
𖧋 I will draw: Fanart, humans, yumeships/ships, ocs, roblox avatars, SFW.
𖧋 I will not draw: Mecha, furry, gore, animals, realism, elderly, proship, NSFW.
𖧋 If what you are after is not included in this list, please do not hesitate to ask.
𖧋 Process goes as follows: sketch, lineart, flat colours, rendering, background, finished piece.
𖧋 Updates will definitely be sent at the completion of each stage. More updates upon request at any time.PAYMENTS
𖧋 Full payment upfront. Half up front and half after completion of request can be discussed. Work will begun once payment has been made.REVISIONS
𖧋 3 revisions within the sketch stage. 2 minor revisions within the lineart stage. No further revisions to illustration beyond this point. It is recommended to provide as much of the feedback during the sketch stage. Only colour adjustments during the flat colour stage (as many as required for an accurate fit). Once rendering has begun, no changes will be made at all. If you are not happy with anything at all, please mention it at the sketch stage, do not wait until the end.
𖧋 Additional revision can be purchased for the sketch and lineart stages if those limits are exceeded.
𖧋 Any mistakes made as an error on my own after the lineart stage will always be corrected at no fee.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
𖧋 1-4 weeks for the completion of product. Completion time will be dependent on the complexity of the commission.
𖧋 If there is a hard deadline, please communicate this and let me know in advance.
𖧋 Any delays to the commission will always be communicated.
𖧋 Delivery will be made via Vgen, Ko-fi, email or discord. If file sizing permits, social media can also be requested.USE
𖧋 Personal use only.
𖧋 My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners and social media with credit to @svrifae.
𖧋 You may print the artwork for any personal use. Making a profit from my work is strictly prohibited.
𖧋 No commercial use of any kind (streaming, content, merchandise, prints, ads etc). I do not offer commercial use and you may not use personal use artwork for commercial purposes.
𖧋 You may not claim the artwork as your own or use it without credit.
𖧋 You may not remove signatures/watermarks.
𖧋 You may not resell/redistribute the artwork.
𖧋 You may not modify the artwork without my permission.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
𖧋 I retain the rights to all commissioned work. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
𖧋 I have the right to post any completed commissions as promotion for my myself and services.
𖧋 I have the right to use any completed commissions on my social media and in my portfolio.
𖧋 However, if a privacy fee ($20.00USD) is payed, I will not use the completed commission for any promotional materials/social media or portfolio.REFUNDS
𖧋 100% refund if I have not begun work and you no longer wish to continue.
𖧋 100% refund if I no longer wish to continue at any point.
𖧋 50% refund if have begun work and have completed sketch and/or lineart stage and you no longer wish to continue.
𖧋 No refund if I have begun work on the flat colours or started rendering.
𖧋 If you no longer wish to continue to work with me, it is better for both of us if you let me know in advance.
𖧋 Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Chargebacks will result in public blacklisting, formal compliant against you. You will also forfeit any right to use the artwork and I will use the artwork (such as reusing/reselling) as I see fit.COMMUNICATION

𖧋 Refraining from following these rules will result in a permanent blacklist (with evidence).
